Quote Terms Quotes are estimates; final cost may vary. Quote approval required before proof (includes first proof + 2 revisions; extra revisions charged). Quotes valid for 10 days. Pre-payment required before production (unless agreed). Card payments add 3% fee.

Refund Policy

Because each order is custom made, returns are generally not accepted. Please review and approve all artwork, sizes, and order details before production. If there is an issue with your order due to a defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will gladly reprint the item or provide a refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
